ü Ketones

ü Electrolytes

Your body excretes minerals such as calcium, magnesium , potassium, and sodium more quickly your reach ketosis replenishing these minerales is important in diminshinng the effects of the keto flu well as for the various bodily processethey are needed for 

ü Keto Flu

Flu-like symptoms  you may experience when you start with keto diet as your body changes energy sources . 

These symptoms can last for 1 to 2 weeks 

ü Ketosis

Also knows as dietary or nutritional ketosis . This occurs when you limit carbohyates and force your body to use and dietary fat ketones for energy.

ü Net Carbs 

Refers to the carbohydrates your body absorbs minus fiber. the calculation would be : Net carbs = total carbs - fiber 

For example: 3.5 ounces (or 100grams) of cauliflower 5grams of total carbs and 2 grams of fiber. The net carbs for this quantity of cauliflower would be 5 minus, 2 so 3 is your net carbs value .

Metabolic Flexibility

Refers to how efficiently your body can go from and using glucose or fat as  its energy  source , depending on the fuel that is available
